If you are a Child User, please ensure that you have adequate consent from your parent or guardian to access Services in accordance with the present Privacy Policy. Account Deletion and Data Retention
You may request to delete your account at any time directly through the MarkSharks App. For In-App deletion please login to the application, navigate to the Profile section and select Delete Account. Your request will be processed and your account along with the associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 (seven) business days from your action to delete your account.
Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access your account, and all associated services will be discontinued. We will delete or anonymize your personal data, unless retention is required for applicable tax, regulatory, legal, government purposes.

Retention of Information and Cookies
We retain Data and Personal Information that we process on behalf of our Users for as long as we deem appropriate. A cookie is a chunk of data that is sent to the website and/or Application from a server and stored on the hard drive of your computer and/or mobile (“Cookies”). A session Cookie disappears automatically after you close your browser/application. A persistent Cookie remains after you close your browser/application and may be used by your browser/application on subsequent visits to the Services.
